All ability levels are welcome to take any of our fitness classes.  Modifications are offered for each exercise if needed.

Manic Monday

This class can get crazy! Are you going to train like an Olympic athlete? Are you going to train like a marine? Are you going to work on improving cardiovascular endurance? Are you going to dance like no one is watching? The only way to find out is to attend the class.

Total Body Strength

Let's hit all the major muscle groups and get in a workout that will leave your whole body energized. This class will definitely challenge you, but you'll leave feeling like a champion when you've completed the workout.

Tabata

Don't lose your breath in this class! Don't worry, there's no cardio! You'll definitely "feel the burn" though. With short rests between sets, you're sure to fire up those muscles. You may want to quit, but why do that? It's only 20 sec. of exercise with 10 sec. of rest. You can do it!

Core and More

Chisel those 6-pack abs you've always wanted, but, more importantly, build a stronger core that will later help prevent injury. This short 30-min. workout will target your core (including back and glutes) and leave you feeling sore but accomplished.

Beginner Bootcamp

This class is designed with the newbie in mind. Take that first step and just come to class! With challenging yet doable workouts, you will learn how your body moves and how to exercise properly in a group fitness setting and leave feeling proud of yourself for a job well done.
